Everything! The beautiful house, the host, the location. Paul made sure I felt welcome. The apartment was fully equipped with a kitchen and bath. A big comfy bed. Absolute privacy and fine art by Paul throughout added to the experience. The free ride to the harbor was a nice bonus 🎨

Beautiful and nice accommodation with marvellous setting near a free ferry 24/7 from staten island, lower Manhattan, and staten island. Big rooms with cable channels, a microwave, and a refrigerator. Hypo-allergenic pillows, exceptionally comfortable bed.
